Eligibility for Replacement
We will happily replace your product free of cost if it meets the following criteria:
Product is physically damaged upon arrival (Transit Damage).
Product is defective or not functioning as per datasheet.
You received the wrong item/model.
Claim is raised within 2 days of delivery.
What is NOT Covered?
- Damage caused by improper usage (e.g., Reverse Polarity, Over-voltage to pins).
- Soldered components (once soldered, warranty is void unless it's a manufacturing defect).
- "Change of mind" or ordering the wrong part by mistake.
