Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is how we handle order cancellations to ensure a fair process for everyone.

The Golden Rule

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not been handed over to our courier partner yet, you can request a full cancellation.

Full refund (including shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, you must wait for delivery and then follow our Replacement Policy if there is a defect.

Refusing delivery of a dispatched order may lead to the deduction of shipping charges from any potential future store credit.


3. Refund Process & Timelines

For successful cancellations:

  • Refunds are initiated within 24-48 business hours of approval.
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
  • Refunds are always sent back to the original payment source.
